You can not pick up current matches. All customer service numbers do not work.

I can not bring it up on my TV. Why do you advertise a service that is not legit.

I havent been able to talk to anyone. Please someone contact me. I paid for Tennus Channel plus and cannot access.

Paid for the Tennis Channel and I cant get it on my TV and they can not be reached! Tennis magazine informed me the the Tennis Channel does not have a customer service number! WHAT!?!

We were excitedly watching the 5th set of the Ruud / Davidovich-Fokina match, when Tennis Channel abruptly moved to the Live Coverage of Saturday morning matches.

There was no apology for jumping away from the Ruud match which we had been watching for some time.

Earlier, Tennis Channel coverage simply jumped out of the Zverev match part way through, over to the Ruud match.

PLEASE PLEASE follow each match to it's conclusion before jumping to another !!

Like many of my tennis fan friends, I am very disappointed to see Tennis Channel becoming the primary tennis station for upcoming tournaments. The reason we all will deeply miss ESPNs coverage?

Though TC has some some good commentators, your choice of what to cover is awful. The primary problem is that ESPN (and even NBC) always moved around the courts to show matches at critical points. TC on the other hand may show a replay of a match-deciding point no drama, no buildup to the deciding point. Why?

Because you are trying to force viewers to buy TC Plus. I must remind TC that the reason to cover sports is to Cover Sports, not to be constantly trying to sell your premium package to the detriment of the viewer. TC will continue showing their primary match when the score is 6-1 3-0, while at the same time another match between highly-ranked players is at 5-5 in the deciding set. But they will certainly remind you that you can pay more and watch it (coverage of key moments would have been free with ESPN and any self-respecting sports network).

A secondary issue: You almost never cover the players comments at the end of the final, which is sometimes very charming and emotional. Instead, we get to listen to the commentators blather on about things we know. At the end of the Nadal-Tsitsipas match, TC covered the opera singing but not the players comments. Weird.

TC does not need to change much to be a respected network for tennis. Will you, or will you continue to place more importance on pushing the viewer to pay for TC+?

After 500 days, fans are finally able to watch Federer play tennis. But in the middle of the third set, we are interrupted by an annoying live interview with Draftkings.

Did I really need to know another tennis players favorite place to eat in NY while watching the GOAT. Seriously? Does a match with one of the most favored tennis players of all time have to play second fiddle to an interview that can easily be played during the downtime of matches. I cannot even begin to tell you how annoying this is.

And then shocking another interview overshadowing the middle of the match. I beg of you...STOP doing this.

Roger Federer match should have been shown live- no replay at 6PM either as scheduled- found the results without watching-TC is getting to big and not holding commitments

Editorial question:

How is it more important to feature an announcer introducing Nadal & Tsitsipas as they carry their bags & towel to a bench than it is to feature the ending congrats speaking of the fabulous Stuttgart Finalists, Sabulanka (sp) and Ash Barty?

Hmmm? 2 players walking to their respective chairs OR 2 players sharing their moments & congratulations with each other & their audience, who BTW, ENJOYS the Tennis AND the unedited words of the people who play tennis. Please consider Completing the Match by allowing your viewers to see the award ceremony versus the cut & run TC has adopted since entering the streaming service industry.

Your choice of match coverage at French open. Show a meaningless match that is basically over in lieu of a fifth and deciding match.

The match for Roger Federer today has been a nightmare to figure out when to watch. I cannot get TCplus where I live as it is not offered.

Federers match was 9pm in France but all week they have shown the 9pm matches in the early afternoon live here in Colorado-MT. It was set to air on TCplus but I have no idea if it was. I waited all day for it to come on at 4 but it is showing all the earlier matches first (7 hours worth) before they show it-all to get people to buy TCplus.

Outrageous! I will have to stay up until 12am to see the match.

Based on the fact that probably 95% of us who watch tennis play tennis ourselves as have I (50 years), I am disappointed when I see your camera crew do the following: 1. Shooting from ground- or nearly ground level behind a player so we cannot see half of a point played.

It seems to us that the second cameraman videoing from this vantage point is doing your viewers a disservice.

At the Volvo Car tournament on Daniel Island, the primary cameraman was so far behind the baseline, although a slightly elevated, we could not see the ball at all on the other side. I realize the stadium is being renovated and one had to make do, but it was very frustrating to watch half of all points!

My husband and I were disappointed to see so many mens matches on clay this past week and almost none of the more important ladies matches.

Being a female, I prefer the ladies matches because personally the ladies are much more interesting and I believe ladies tend to watch more tennis on television.

When Ash Barty beat Sabelenko today for the championship, we were very disappointed that TC immediately left that screen before their speeches and prize-giving for the Nadal - Tsitsipas venue before these opponents had even taken to the court for their 5+ minute warm up.

One other thing I would recommend is a little less constant meaningless commentary from the extra person on the set. We players/viewers usually figure it out for ourselves!

If I have sent this to the wrong department, please pass it to the appropriate department.

I go to my app sight on Apple TV and see the beautiful layout for my options and get the polling * routinely

The announcers on the cable broadcast make it sound like a snap to do

I am sick and tired of hearing all the plugs for TC Plus every break. I dont have it, cant afford it and already pay extra for basic TC through directv .

I am also tired of getting five minutes of WTA and you switch to ATP before the women finish.

I fill out all the surveys you send but nowhere does it let me voice my opinion on the above comments

Just want to know how I can get tennis channel on my second TV? I already uploaded it and paid for it and its fine on the living room TV but I cant seem to log on on my back TV
